section seeks to provide you
with all the relevant information
and procedures regarding the
different types of visas issue
by the Consulate General for
those who wish to visit Indonesia.
Therefore, it is advisable to
surf through Procedures
and Applications as the
first step.
In conjunction with President
Decision No.103/2003 signed
by the President of the Republic
of Indonesia on 17 th December
2003 with regard to the new
visa policy, from the 1 st February
2004, there are nationals of
11 countries are given Visa-Free
Short Visit to Indonesia for
purposes of tourism, exhibition,
business, social-cultural, and
government duty visit for up
to 30 (thirty) days.
On the other hand, there are
nationals of 39 countries who
can apply for their tourist
visit Visa On Arrival at certain
Airports / Seaport in Indonesia
for up to 30 (thirty) days.
This visa could not be converted,
extend or to obtain other Immigration
permit. For Journalist visas,
applicants will have to contact
and apply through the Information
Division of the Consulate General
of the Republic of Indonesia
.

by post to P.O. Box 6765 Melbourne
Vic 3004 (please enclose a self
address envelope and contact
number).
Visa services are given to
all applicants within the consulate's
jurisdiction in the state of
Victoria and Tasmania only. |
